Glen Erin/Aquitaine - application to rezone to increase density with apartments - Appeal filed by owner to Ontario Municipal Board, Dec. 2008.

New application received March 2010.  Ward meeting to be held May 4, 2010 at Meadowvale Community centre.  New plan shows lower height (14 storeys) but only minimal reduction in proposed density

Prologis Industrial Argentia/Tenth Line

Rezoning - had Public meeting at P and D.

Servicing issues related to extension of Argentia holding up progress.
